About the Role

1. Video Editing & Social Content

• Edit engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Transform raw footage into fast-paced, attention-grabbing content with strong hooks and audience retention.
• Optimize content for platform-specific formats and audience behavior.
• Maintain consistency across brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice.

2. AI Content Creation

• Utilize AI tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, Kling, and similar platforms to create innovative visual content.
• Integrate AI workflows into content production to improve speed, efficiency, and creative output.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and recommend new opportunities for content innovation.
• Create AI-generated concepts, visuals, animations, and video assets that elevate brand storytelling.

3. Content Strategy & Ideation

• Contribute ideas for content series, campaigns, and social initiatives.
• Develop content concepts with performance and audience engagement in mind.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, content formats, and cultural moments.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on content planning and campaign execution.

4. Creative Execution

• Manage projects from concept development to final delivery.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand positioning and creative objectives.
• Maintain a high standard of quality, creativity, and attention to detail across all deliverables.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing software.
• Proven experience creating high-performing short-form content.
• Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools, particularly Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, Kling, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of content structure, pacing, storytelling, and audience retention.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or a related creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first content, editing capabilities, and creative thinking.
• Experience creating content for brands, agencies, or digital campaigns is preferred.

Soft Skills

• Strong creative instincts and awareness of digital trends.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications
