About The Role
We are launching a **high-quality healthcare podcast** and are looking for a **hands-on videographer/editor** to manage filming and content production.
You will work with the founder (content direction) and a Social Media Manager (distribution).
Your focus is **filming, editing, and creating short-form clips**.
Key Responsibilities
- Film podcast episodes (camera, lighting, audio setup)
- Edit full-length episodes (YouTube/podcast-ready)
- Create **Reels / Shorts / TikToks** from episodes
- Ensure clean, professional video and sound quality
Requirements
- Experience in **podcast or talking-head content**
- Strong skills in:
- Video editing (Premiere Pro or Final Cut)
- Lighting and audio setup
- Experience creating **short-form social media content**
- Good English communication
- Reliable and able to work independently
Important
- This is an **execution-focused role** (not social media management)
- Must be comfortable handling **end-to-end production setup**
