PODCAST Videographer & Editor (Part-Time) – Dubai
Salary: From AED 5,000/month
Hours: 25 hours/week
Location: Hybrid (Dubai filming + remote editing)
About the Role
We are launching a high-quality healthcare podcast and are looking for a hands-on videographer/editor to manage filming and content production.
You will work with the founder (content direction) and a Social Media Manager (distribution).
Your focus is filming, editing, and creating short-form clips.
Key Responsibilities
- Film podcast episodes (camera, lighting, audio setup)
- Edit full-length episodes (YouTube/podcast-ready)
- Create Reels / Shorts / TikToks from episodes
- Ensure clean, professional video and sound quality
Requirements
- Experience in podcast or talking-head content
- Strong skills in:
- Video editing (Premiere Pro or Final Cut)
- Lighting and audio setup
- Experience creating short-form social media content
- Good English communication
- Reliable and able to work independently
Important
- This is an execution-focused role (not social media management)
- Must be comfortable handling end-to-end production setup
