Podcast Producer / Videographer / Editor (Part-Time | Dubai | Hybrid)Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Podcast Producer / Videographer / Editor based in Dubai for a part-time hybrid role (approx. 25 hours/week).

This is a technical production-focused role, not a creative strategy or scripting position.

You will work directly with leadership, who will provide all content direction, topics, and strategic oversight.

Your responsibility is to ensure the professional filming, sound, lighting, editing, and technical execution of premium healthcare podcast episodes and associated short-form content.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally film long-form podcast episodes in non-studio environments while achieving studio-grade production quality
• Set up and manage:
• Professional camera systems
• Lighting equipment
• Podcast-grade microphone/audio systems
• Multi-camera interview setups
• Ensure exceptional sound quality is consistently achieved
• Manage microphone placement, sound balancing, syncing, and post-production audio refinement
• Edit:
• Full podcast episodes
• Social media reels / short-form clips
• Promotional snippets
• Maintain a polished, premium production standard aligned with healthcare professionalism
• Work flexibly across various filming environments when required

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in:
• Podcast production
• Interview filming
• Professional audio capture
• Multi-camera setups
• Video editing
• Strong technical understanding of:
• Rode / Shure / DJI / equivalent audio systems
• Lighting setups
• Camera equipment
• Audio syncing and enhancement
• Ability to create studio-quality sound and visuals outside of traditional studio environments
• Highly organised, reliable, and technically proficient
• Flexible working style
• Based in Dubai or already able to work legally in the UAE

Preferred (Not Essential)

• Healthcare, medical, or wellness production experience
• Experience creating premium educational or professional branded content

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
