Position:** Full-Time Videographer
Xceed Properties is looking for a talented and creative **Videographer** to join our team immediately.
Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit high-quality real estate videos and property tours.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Capture agent interviews, project launches, and brand-related content.
- Edit videos with transitions, music, captions, and branding elements.
- Operate camera, lighting, audio.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute content strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of videography and video editing experience.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
- Experience creating social media and real estate content is preferred.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
