Overview
ALH Properties is looking for a creative and experienced Videographer & Video Editor to join our media team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, experience creating high-quality real estate content, and the ability to produce engaging videos for social media, listings, campaigns, and branding purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing
- Experience within the real estate industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, audio, and stabilisation techniques
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Adobe Lightroom , or similar editing software
- Ability to create cinematic property tours, agent reels, promotional videos, and social media content
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and short-form content
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- UAE driving licence preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video content for residential and commercial properties
- Edit and produce engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and marketing campaigns
- Create property walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, drone footage, and agent branding content
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute shoots
- Ensure all content aligns with company branding and quality standards
- Manage video files, footage organisation, and project timelines
- Assist with photography and content creation when required
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor content within the real estate industry

- Good communication and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and consistency in content delivery
- Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
