Videographer & Social Media Executive

Role overview

Videography and photography

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video and photography of projects, completed interiors, progress, details, materials, furniture, lighting, and architectural features.
• Create Reels, Stories, short-form videos, walkthroughs, before-and-after videos, promotional content, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards; support client presentations, campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Showcase luxury craftsmanship, materials, finishes, and attention to detail while maintaining the company's premium brand image.

Editing and content production

• Edit videos for social platforms, adding music, transitions, captions, graphics, and branding as needed.
• Edit and enhance photography; maintain consistent visual quality, style, and branding.
• Organize and maintain video, photo, and project content libraries.

Social media management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant accounts; maintain a weekly or monthly content calendar.
• Research trends, formats, sounds, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to luxury interior design and architecture.
• Write captions and social copy, schedule and publish content, and monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interaction.
• Track performance, prepare basic monthly reports, and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
• Develop content strategies to attract high-end residential clients, developers, architects, hospitality professionals, and business clients.

Site and marketing support

• Travel to project sites, showrooms, suppliers, events, and other locations to capture content.
• Coordinate with design, architecture, project management, and site teams; maintain professional relationships with clients and project teams while filming.
• Obtain permissions before photographing or filming projects where required.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, presentations, events, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Photography, Videography, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in videography, content creation, digital marketing, or social media, including professional social media photo and video content.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, current social media trends, Reels, and short-form video formats.
• Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar; knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom is an advantage.
• Experience with professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting, microphones, and other video equipment.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, camera movement, and visual storytelling; creative and communication skills, attention to detail, and a good eye for aesthetics.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory; must be comfortable travelling independently to project sites and locations across Dubai.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in luxury interior design, architecture, real estate, hospitality, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands is highly preferred; UAE experience is preferred.

Work arrangement and location

• Full-time position based in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE; work location is in person.
• The role involves travel to project sites and other locations.

Pay

• Pay is AED 5,000–9,000 per month.
