Job Description – Videographer
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our Marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing high-quality video content that showcases our brand, projects, and events across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional videos for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and internal communications.
- Capture high-quality footage of properties, events, interviews, and promotional content.
- Edit videos using industry-standard software while maintaining brand consistency.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop content concepts and storyboards.
- Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production gear.
- Ensure all video content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest video production trends and social media best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Videographer, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or a creative agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and video composition.
- Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, and professional video cameras.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with drone videography (licensed, if applicable).
- Basic photography and photo editing skills.
- Motion graphics and animation experience is an advantage.
