Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Capture property walkthroughs, lifestyle content, professional photography, and agent-branding videos.
• Cover property launches, developer events, exhibitions, corporate events, open houses, and site visits.
• Plan and execute shoots, including camera setup, lighting, framing, audio recording, and equipment management.
• Edit and enhance videos with motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, color grading, sound design, music, and visual effects.
• Optimize content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Google Ads.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, performance marketing, and sales teams on campaign content.
• Maintain organized digital libraries and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while keeping up with production and social media trends.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
• Experience with professional cameras, gimbals, lighting, microphones, and audio equipment.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, storytelling, composition, color grading, lighting, and sound design.
• Ability to create engaging content optimized for social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Preferred experience

• Real estate, architecture, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle content experience is preferred.
• Drone videography and aerial photography knowledge is preferred.
• Experience creating high-converting video advertisements is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflow automation is preferred.
• Basic Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop photography editing skills are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 1,915.23 to AED 10,000 per month.

• The work location is in person.
