Overview

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Filming and Capturing**: Operate video equipment (cameras, lighting, and audio) to capture footage for various types of projects (e.g., commercials, corporate videos, events, interviews, etc.).
• **Pre-production Planning**: Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams to understand project requirements, including shot lists, themes, and location setups.
• **Audio and Lighting**: Set up lighting and audio equipment to ensure high-quality footage and sound.
• **Creative Input**: Contribute creative ideas and technical expertise to the production process to elevate the quality and impact of the video content.
• **Project Management**: Manage multiple video projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members such as editors, designers, and producers to ensure the project’s vision is fully realized.
• **Editing**: Editing skills using Adobe, Davinci Resolve, or final cut is a plus.

**Qualifications**

• **Proven Experience**: 2+ years of experience as a videographer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects.
• **Technical Skills**: Proficient with video production equipment (cameras, lighting, etc.) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• **Attention to Detail**: Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, framing, and audio.
• **Creativity**: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, creative ideas to every project.
• **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with the creative team and clients.
• **Flexibility**: Willingness to work on-location, often in varying environments or during non-standard hours (e.g., evenings, weekends).
• **Education**: Degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (preferred but not required).
