Role overview

Video production and editing

• Develop, produce, and edit video content for multiple platforms and business purposes.
• Operate DSLR cameras and other video equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Plan and storyboard shoots and execute them to capture all required elements.
• Capture footage at locations and live events, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using graphics, animations, music, and sound effects.
• Assist with scriptwriting and storyboarding as needed.

Projects and collaboration

• Manage video projects through pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues and other departments on brand-aligned video concepts and internal content.
• Keep content consistent with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Organize video files and maintain a library for easy access and future use.
• Handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Monitor video performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Stay up to date with video production and editing trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in digital media, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a video creator and editor; logistics or transportation experience is preferred.
• At least two years of photography/videography and editing experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera operation.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills, plus written and verbal communication skills.
• Graphic design and animation software knowledge, such as After Effects, is a plus.
• Ability to travel for location shoots as needed.

Pay

• Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.

• Work location is in person.
