Job Overview
Nest Hunters Real Estate is seeking a creative and talented Video Editor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, proven experience in video editing, and the ability to create engaging real estate content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality property tour videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Create engaging reels, short-form videos, and marketing content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, visual effects, and audio enhancements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop compelling content strategies.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Organize and maintain video assets and project files.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and social media best practices.
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of proven experience** as a Video Editor.
- Experience in real estate, digital marketing, or media production is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong skills in motion graphics, color grading, audio editing, and visual storytelling.
- Proven experience creating content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio of previous work is required.
- Knowledge of drone footage editing and real estate videography is an advantage.
