Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Produce Reels, short-form, corporate, promotional, and interview videos.
• Create sequences with professional transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and visual effects.
• Perform color correction and grading, audio enhancement, and sound mixing.
• Add Arabic and English subtitles, animated typography, graphics, and branded elements.
• Transform raw footage into polished, commercially effective videos.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and production teams; follow briefs and brand guidelines.
• Deliver multiple projects on time, apply feedback, and maintain production quality.
• Organize project files, footage, and deliverables; keep current with video and advertising trends.

Required qualifications and skills

• Arabic proficiency is mandatory, including understanding dialogue and accurately editing Arabic subtitles; good English is needed for professional communication.
• At least 2 years of professional video editing experience; agency, production-house, or studio experience is preferred.
• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro; strong Adobe After Effects knowledge, including motion graphics and animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Audition.
• Strong understanding of composition, pacing, storytelling, typography, and visual branding.
• Experience editing 4K footage and delivering multiple resolutions and aspect ratios.
• Ability to create videos aligned with premium brand standards and manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating previous video editing work is mandatory.

Preferred qualifications

• DaVinci Resolve experience for professional color grading is highly desirable.
• CapCut Desktop and advanced AI-assisted editing tools are an advantage.
• UAE-based agency experience and experience with healthcare, beauty, lifestyle, corporate, or luxury brands are preferred.
• Knowledge of social media advertising creatives, performance-driven video content, AI-powered workflows, or basic videography is advantageous.

Workplace and schedule

• Full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Working hours follow the employment contract and UAE Labour Law.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Compensation and benefits

• Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month; salary is based on experience and technical capabilities.
• Benefits are provided in accordance with applicable UAE Labour Law.
