Marketing & Executive Assistant

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO with daily tasks, schedules, meetings, and priorities.
• Coordinate marketing strategies, content plans, and monthly calendars; prepare performance reports, presentations, and client updates.
• Coordinate designers, content creators, videographers, and other team members to deliver projects on time.
• Attend and coordinate photo and video shoots, ensuring schedules, shot lists, and production requirements are followed.
• Track project timelines, follow up on outstanding tasks, and help ensure deadlines are met.
• Organize documents, reports, client files, and internal workflows; support client communication and coordination between management and the creative team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing coordination, executive assistance, or project administration; marketing-agency experience is preferred.
• Strong organization, multitasking, time management, communication, follow-up, independent work, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms; ability to prepare structured reports, marketing plans, and professional presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Flexibility to attend scheduled shooting sessions at different locations.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Employment and compensation

• Full-time position.
• Monthly salary of AED 2,500–3,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Benefits are provided in accordance with applicable UAE labour laws and regulations.

Location and workplace

• Abu Dhabi, UAE; work location is in person.

Visa note

• Candidates with a valid UAE residence visa under family sponsorship are preferred; employment is subject to obtaining the appropriate UAE work permit and meeting applicable legal requirements.
