Role Description
As we expand into international markets, we are looking for a skilled and creative
Video Editor
to join our on-site team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital content, storytelling, and social media video production, with the ability to transform raw footage into engaging, platform-ready content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for podcasts, YouTube, social media, and branded campaigns
- Apply
- color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
- Create short-form and long-form content optimised for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Collaborate with producers, hosts, and creative teams
- Manage multiple projects with tight turnaround times
- Maintain brand consistency and high production standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing and post-production (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or similar tools
- Strong understanding of social media video formats and trends
- Skills in motion graphics, colour correction, and audio syncing
- Excellent attention to detail and storytelling ability
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
- Graphic Design skills with thumbnail creation experience
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in podcast production or YouTube content
- Familiarity with camera workflows and production pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Design, or related field
Employment & Legal Requirements (UAE Compliance)
- Full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the UAE
- Employment will comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Visa sponsorship and work permit support may be provided where applicable
- Successful candidates must provide valid identification and documentation prior to employment
