We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Content Creator & Video Editor to join our growing team full-time.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, wellness, fitness, luxury lifestyle, and storytelling through video content.
You will be responsible for creating engaging daily content that reflects the Formation brand and helps grow our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Responsibilities
- Film and edit daily content for social media
- Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, stories, and short-form videos
- Capture studio atmosphere, treatments, workouts, client experiences, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Work closely with management and coaches to plan creative content ideas
- Follow social media trends and adapt them to the Formation brand
- Design simple graphics, captions, and promotional visuals when needed
- Assist with content scheduling and posting
- Ensure all content matches Formation’s luxury wellness branding and aesthetic
- Support marketing campaigns, launches, events, and collaborations
- Organize and maintain content folders/media library
Requirements
- Experience in video editing and content creation
- Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends
- Creative eye for aesthetics, lighting, framing, and storytelling
- Comfortable filming on iPhone
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage
