- About Our Client Our client is a leading UAE based entertainment, leisure and destination development platform managing a diverse portfolio of large scale attractions, lifestyle destinations, retail and entertainment assets across the region.
- Job Description * Develop and implement the overall leasing strategy across a multi billion portfolio of retail, F&B, entertainment and lifestyle assets
- Drive portfolio performance through tenant mix optimisation, commercial positioning and strategic leasing initiatives
- Lead leasing activities across new leases, renewals, relocations, expansions and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with high profile tenants, operators, brokers, investors and industry stakeholders
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure favourable leasing terms while maximising long term asset value and revenue generation
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and enhance portfolio performance
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on asset positioning, destination strategy and long term portfolio planning initiatives
- Oversee leasing performance metrics including occupancy levels, revenue forecasting, lease expiries and commercial reporting
- Lead, mentor and develop high performing leasing teams while working closely with marketing, finance, legal and operations functions
- The Successful Applicant A successful Vice President - Leasing should have:
- 15+ years of experience within leasing, commercial real estate or destination led retail environments, including senior leadership exposure managing large scale portfolios
- Strong background in retail, F&B and lifestyle leasing with proven success driving commercial performance and tenant partnerships
- Deep understanding of the UAE and GCC retail landscape, tenant ecosystem and evolving consumer trends
- Demonstrated experience leading high value leasing negotiations, stakeholder management and strategic commercial partnerships
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing high performing leasing and commercial teams
- Strong commercial, financial and operational acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth, portfolio optimisation and long term asset value
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or a related discipline. MBA or postgraduate qualifications would be advantageous
