Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Veterinary Nurse position located in the United Arab Emirates.
The Veterinary Nurse will collaborate with veterinarians to provide high-quality medical care to pets, including assisting during examinations, treatments, and surgeries.
Responsibilities
also include maintaining patient records, educating pet owners about care plans, administering prescribed medications, and ensuring a clean and safe environment in the clinic.
The role requires a proactive and caring individual who is passionate about animal wellness and family-centered care.
Qualifications
- Hands-on clinical skills such as administering medications, assisting in surgeries, and monitoring patient recovery
- Knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and disease management
- Exceptional communication skills for client education and collaboration with team members
- Organizational abilities, including maintaining accurate medical records and managing appointment schedules
- Experience with hygiene and sanitation practices in a clinical environment
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and provide compassionate care
- Formal veterinary nursing education and certification
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinical setting is an advantage
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in veterinary care
