Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Nurse to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field and be readily available to work within Dubai.
As a Veterinary Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting veterinarians, assisting in medical procedures, and ensuring the highest standard of care for our animal patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and treatment rooms
- Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Perform laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures
- Provide nursing care to hospitalized patients
- Educate pet owners on aftercare, nutrition, and preventive healthcare
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Ensure clinic cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Veterinary Nurse or Veterinary Assistant
- Must be currently available in Dubai
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Strong knowledge of animal care and handling
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
