Vertical Marketing Manager Industrial

Role description

Responsibilities

• Lead vertical strategic plans for assigned markets and collaborate with marketing, sales, and service leaders on APAC growth targets.
• Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitive conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
• Translate analysis into insights, strategies, and actions for targeted customer segments.
• Develop plans for core-business growth, market expansion, new product introductions, and new distribution channels.
• Gather and analyze voice-of-customer information and pain points to bring customer focus to commercial activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Marketing, or Engineering is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Corporate Strategy, or Sales, with cross-functional growth experience in an international matrix organization.
• Strong critical thinking, data synthesis, intercultural communication, customer-centricity, and collaborative skills.
• Time and project management skills to handle multiple projects and changing deadlines; strong organization and prioritization.
• Self-motivated, execution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have experience

• MBA and/or a degree in environmental engineering is a plus.
• Knowledge of Industrial Water Analytics is a plus.

Travel

• Required estimated travel is 30% of the time.
