Venue Bar Manager (Full Time)

Picture yourself leading one of Perth’s rooftop bar experiences, where great drinks, stunning views and memorable service come together.

As our Venue Bar Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of 18 Knots Rooftop Bar, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our guests while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll take ownership of the venue’s daily performance, from leading and developing your team to managing beverage costs, stock, rostering and operational standards.

Working closely with our Operations, Sales and Marketing teams, you’ll also help bring new ideas and promotions to life, creating opportunities to grow revenue and keep our guests coming back.

You’ll be a hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to step into service during busy periods, build relationships with our guests and lead from the front.
