Role Overview

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations and maintain exceptional service standards.
• Lead the team by supervising shifts, allocating responsibilities, and monitoring performance.
• Conduct daily briefings on occupancy, VIP guests, events, promotions, and operational priorities.
• Develop team members through training, appraisals, and career development.
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Drive revenue through upselling, cocktail recommendations, and promotions.
• Manage beverage inventory, control costs, minimise waste, and coordinate orders.
• Maintain operational readiness of service areas and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, responsible alcohol service, hygiene, COSHH, and audit standards.
• Maintain operational records, stock documentation, and cash-handling procedures.
• Foster teamwork, motivation, and employee recognition.
• Address disciplinary matters and grievances following company policies.
