Requirements

• Required:
• High school diploma, or equivalent
• One (1) year of medical/healthcare front office experience
• One (1) year of customer service experience
• Microsoft Office Suite experience; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Preferred:
• Medical terminology and clinical office background
• Experience using an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
• Bilingual
