About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Distribution
- Visit retail outlets according to the assigned route plan.
- Sell company products and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Introduce new products and promotions to customers.
- Product Delivery
- Load products in the van according to delivery schedules.
- Deliver goods to customers and ensure correct quantities.
- Collect returns or damaged goods if necessary.
- Customer Relationship
- Maintain good relationships with shop owners and retailers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Merchandising
- Ensure products are properly displayed in stores.
- Monitor stock levels and suggest reorders.
- Cash & Documentation
- Collect payments (cash or cheque) from customers.
- Maintain sales invoices, delivery notes, and daily reports.
- Deposit cash collections according to company policy.
- Route Management
- Follow the assigned sales route and visit all scheduled outlets.
- Identify new potential customers in the area.
- Vehicle Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of the delivery van.
- Ensure proper loading and safe transportation of products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driving license (often manual license required).
- Experience in FMCG sales or van sales preferred.
- Basic math and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
