Job Title: Van Salesman (Emarat Channel Experience Required)

Job Summary

Made True Food Trading LLC is seeking an experienced **Van Salesman** with a proven track record of supplying products to **Emarat service stations and convenience stores** across the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for van sales, order taking, merchandising, stock replenishment, delivery coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with store managers to maximize sales and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned Emarat locations according to a planned route schedule.
  • Take orders from store managers and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Deliver products and arrange shelf displays in accordance with company standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, identify fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs, and recommend replenishment quantities.
  • Ensure products are properly merchandised, rotated, and displayed.
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor pricing, promotions, and new product information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Emarat store managers and supervisors.
  • Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with management on operational issues.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and distribution objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, returns, and customer visits.
  • Ensure company vehicle is operated safely and maintained in good condition.
  • Follow all company policies regarding cash handling, stock control, and documentation.

Mandatory

  • Minimum **2–3 years UAE Van Sales experience**.
  • Direct experience servicing **Emarat service stations, convenience stores, or forecourt retail channels**.
  • Existing relationships with Emarat store personnel is a strong advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Experience in FMCG, food, beverages, confectionery, snacks, or convenience retail products.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Northern Emirates routes.
  • Experience using handheld ordering systems or sales applications.
  • Basic Arabic language skills.

Performance Kpis

  • Monthly sales revenue achieved.
  • Number of active Emarat stores serviced.
  • Order frequency and average order value.
  • On-shelf availability.
  • New SKU listings secured.
  • Collection efficiency and adherence to company credit policies.
  • Route productivity and customer coverage.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate already has experience supplying products into the **Emarat convenience retail network**, understands forecourt retail operations, can independently manage a sales route, and is capable of growing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships and execution standards.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
