Van Sales Supervisor position covering locations across Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG Van Sales within Traditional Trade.
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer needs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Van Sales team to achieve assigned sales, volume, and distribution targets.
- Plan and manage daily routes and customer coverage to maximize productivity.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure effective execution of route plans, productive visits, promotions, and trade activities.
- Coach, motivate, and develop Van Sales Representatives through regular field visits.
- Monitor sales productivity, strike rate, average invoice value, and SKU penetration.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution excellence in the market.
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports.
