About This Role
Overview
Saadco Trading LLC is seeking energetic, target-driven, and hardworking Van Sales Executives to join our growing FMCG distribution team in Dubai.
This role involves handling daily sales routes, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent product visibility across retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company-provided van on assigned daily routes across Dubai and surrounding areas
- Visit 30+ supermarkets, groceries, and retail outlets daily
- Promote and sell company FMCG products (food, beverages, etc.)
- Identify new customers and expand market coverage
- Ensure proper product display and brand visibility on shelves
- Load and manage stock efficiently before starting daily routes
- Issue invoices and collect payments (cash/credit) from customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and stock movement
- Monitor stock rotation to avoid expiry and damage
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Van Sales / FMCG distribution in UAE
- Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Category 3) – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE market routes and retail outlets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Physically fit and willing to handle fieldwork
Preferred
- Experience in food and beverage distribution
- Multilingual (English required; Hindi/Malayalam/Arabic is a plus)
