Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Van Sales & Wholesale Representative to manage and grow our HORECA and F&B wholesale client base.
The ideal candidate is road-ready, customer-focused, and has a strong understanding of the F&B distribution landscape in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Execute daily van sales routes, visiting existing and prospective HORECA and F&B wholesale clients
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Identify and onboard new clients along assigned routes and territories
- Present, promote, and sell products to clients effectively
- Reactivate dormant or inactive accounts through regular follow-up
- Expand sales volumes with existing clients by introducing new products from the catalogue
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HORECA and wholesale clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of any complaints or issues
- Gather client feedback and market insights and report back to the Sales Manager
Van & Stock Management
- Load, manage, and reconcile van stock on a daily basis
- Ensure accurate invoicing and cash/credit collection at point of delivery
- Maintain van cleanliness, product handling standards, and cold chain compliance where required
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, or returns promptly
Reporting
- Submit daily sales reports including visits, orders, collections, and new leads
- Report on competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Maintain accurate client and sales records in the company ERP system (Odoo)

Requirements
- ────────────────────────────────────
- Valid UAE driving licence — mandatory
- Minimum 1–2 years of van sales or HORECA/F&B wholesale experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of the HORECA and F&B sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and key HORECA areas
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Odoo ERP is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
