Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Utilization of iFlight/Intranet to request Material Requisitions against jobs for missing items Provide Clarification with scope of works to respective teams and identify required/missing spares, parts and tooling working with Production Engineer to raise PR Requests if not available from Material Requisition System Issuance of Route Sheets to their team and monitoring of their process through the section Insurance of Route Sheet Sign Off after completion of operations Identify and log all fault equipment on Maintenance Log System Organize and hold daily Tool Box Talks Manage Teams Leave, both holiday and sick and provide support to HR Manager where required Annual Skills Matrix Reviews supported by Production Engineer/Manager All other duties as assigned

Required Skills / Knowledge

• 10 Years Plus experience as Technician in supervisor position
• Must have ability to handle technical data from multiple sources.
• Good understanding of planning and logistic methodologies.
• Good communication skills in English language, both verbal and written.
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook).
• Product knowledge e.g. API Manufacture and repair, Roteq, Oil & Gas and general industrial equipment repair

Experience

• 6-10 Years Plus experience as Technician in supervisor position

Requirements

• Minimum requires Diploma in Engineering, Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Ensure all accidents / incidents/near misses / hazards are immediately reported and relevant paperwork is completed.
