is looking for a skilled and experienced
Valuation Manager
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Lead valuation engagements across business, intangible assets, and financial instruments using methodologies such as DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
2.
Develop and review financial models, ensuring accuracy of assumptions including WACC, growth rates, and cash flow projections.
3.
Perform valuations for financial reporting purposes, including Purchase Price Allocation (IFRS 3) and impairment testing (IAS 36).
4.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and IVS, particularly IFRS 13 Fair Value Measurement, and support audit review processes.
5.
Manage client relationships, acting as the primary contact and presenting valuation findings to clients, auditors, and stakeholders.
6.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, reviewing deliverables and providing technical guidance.
7.
Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, pitching, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
8.
Draft business plans, including financial projections, feasibility analysis, and strategic insights for clients.
Qualifications
- CA / CPA / MBA / CFA
- 6–8 years of experience, preferably with Big 4 firms
- Strong experience in valuation and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
