- Supervise daily valet operations and staff activities.
- Assign duties and monitor valet drivers' performance.
- Ensure safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues professionally.
- Maintain vehicle logs, key control, and operational records.
- Train and guide valet staff on company procedures and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with hotel, mall, restaurant, or facility management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
- Prepare reports and maintain attendance records.
Requirements
- Valid Qatar Driving License.
- Previous experience as a Valet Supervisor or Senior Valet Driver.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume valet operations.
- Good knowledge of vehicle handling and parking procedures.
- Basic computer and reporting skills preferred
