The designer works independently and collaborates with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to align work with product, brand, and creative direction.

Applicants must provide work samples or a portfolio for consideration.

What you will do

  • Design intuitive, engaging interfaces that provide a consistent experience and align with brand guidelines.
  • Help develop and maintain UI style guides and design systems.
  • Share knowledge, ideas, and constructive feedback with other designers.
  • Apply WCAG accessibility guidelines to layouts, typography, colour, and interactions.
  • Prepare and present design concepts and drafts to teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
  • Ensure products are usable, accessible, and consistent.

What the employer is looking for

  • At least 4 years of UX/UI Designer experience; FinTech or SaaS experience is preferred.
  • A portfolio showing user-journey thinking and solutions to complex layout and interaction problems.
  • Advanced Figma skills, including component configurations, responsive auto-layouts, and token systems using variables and modes.
  • Strong visual design, attention to detail, and understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, colour, and interaction design.
  • Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and experience in design reviews, critiques, and actionable peer feedback.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Basic HTML, CSS, and front-end development knowledge is a plus.

Work style

  • The employer values initiative, independent project ownership, care for detail, collaboration, openness to feedback, and knowledge sharing.
  • The role offers ownership of complex design projects and opportunities to grow as a designer.

Company environment
