UX/UI Designer
About This Role
Job Overview
The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric designs for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design, with a focus on usability and accessibility. The designer will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Design intuitive user interfaces that align with business goals and enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Develop and maintain a design system for consistency across products.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
- Ensure accessibility (A11Y) compliance and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into design solutions.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
- Contribute to design documentation and guidelines for scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design for enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Experience in user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of design systems and component-based UI design.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, A11Y) and inclusive design.
- Experience in prototyping and user testing using tools like Maze or UserTesting.
- Strong ability to present and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work in an Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms or complex business applications.
- Familiarity with UX research tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Basic understanding of motion design for micro-interactions and animations.
- Experience with mobile app design for iOS and Android platforms
