Role Objective
To equip trainees with the practical skills required to design effective, user-centered digital experiences for media platforms and journalistic content, with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, audience behavior, and engagement optimization.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced UX/UI Design Trainer to deliver hands-on training programs in Riyadh, focused on designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences for media platforms.
The trainer will be responsible for guiding participants through the full UX/UI workflow, from user research and journey mapping to interface design, usability testing, and performance-driven improvements tailored for digital media environments.
This is a fully on-site role.
The trainer must be physically present to deliver sessions at the training facility in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver practical training on User Experience (UX) principles and user-centered design methodologies
Train participants on designing modern User Interfaces (UI) for media websites, mobile applications, and digital publishing platforms
Teach user journey mapping and audience interaction flows for news and media content
Conduct hands-on workshops on usability testing, user feedback analysis, and interface optimization
Train participants on connecting audience behavior analytics with UX decisions and design improvements
Deliver practical sessions using industry-standard tools such as Figma and related prototyping platforms
Design real-world exercises and media-focused UX case studies
Requirements
Proven experience delivering UX/UI training programs or workshops (mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience in UX/UI design for websites or digital platforms
High proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping/design tools
Solid understanding of digital media platforms and audience behavior
Experience
conducting usability testing and UX optimization processes
Ability to simplify complex UX concepts into structured and practical training content
Experience
working with data-driven design decisions and user analytics
Experience
in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets
Background in digital publishing, media platforms, or news applications
Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles
Experience
collaborating with development or product teams
