UX Designer
About This Role
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct user research (interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing) to understand workflows, pain points, and mental models.
· Create personas, user journeys, service blueprints, and task flows that map end-to-end operational scenarios.
· Develop information architecture, navigation models, and interaction patterns for web and mobile experiences.
· Produce wireframes, prototypes (low to high fidelity), and annotated designs suitable for developer handoff.
· Define and evolve a design system (components, typography, color, spacing, iconography) to ensure consistency across platforms.
· Design data-dense interfaces (maps, timelines, forms, dashboards) with emphasis on clarity, speed, and error prevention.
· Ensure accessibility and inclusive design (WCAG guidelines, contrast, touch targets, screen reader considerations).
· Collaborate with Product Manager and engineers to validate feasibility, refine requirements, and iterate rapidly.
· Create content guidelines and microcopy that supports quick decision-making and reduces cognitive load.
· Support implementation by providing assets, specifications, and QA of UI against designs.
· Measure UX outcomes through analytics and qualitative feedback; propose continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· 5+ years in UX/UI design for complex digital products (web and mobile).
· Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, including research, prototyping, and shipped products.
· Expertise with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and design systems.
· Solid understanding of responsive design, mobile patterns, and interaction design principles.
· Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and collaborate effectively with technical teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
