We are looking for programmers with a keen eye for design for the position of front end developer. Front end developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties.

• Maintain, sustain, improve, and develop existing and new front-end user interface within existing and new web stacks
• Ensure to meet technical requirements and standards set by our Tech Lead on current and next-generation products
• Bring your expertise and technical knowledge to improve best practices
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with a team of developers while ensuring your own personal work is completed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.
• Maintain code integrity and organization, while modernizing and maximizing efficiency.

Our stack

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and project requirements.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interaction ideas.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications, adhering to established design guidelines and best practices.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design standards to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
• Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings to contribute ideas and insights.
