The role involves providing technical support, monitoring operational performance, coordinating engineering activities and ensuring efficient service delivery across complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and project stakeholders.
- Analyse engineering data and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance and engineering teams.
- Resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
