Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting for both Windows and Apple environments.
- Manage endpoint support, including expertise in Kandji and Intune.
- Identify and suggest potential areas for improvement.
- Be an encyclopaedia on Wise's IT products and services.
- Document work thoroughly and create guides for fellow technicians and customers.
- Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software.
- Help acquaint new users with tools & tech in Wise.
- Ensure high-quality ticket management and understand the importance of efficient issue tracking.
- Procurement and vendor management.
A Bit About You
Have 2 years or more experience in an IT support role.
Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.
Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as Kandji and Microsoft Intune.
Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to create guides and manuals.
Experience with Jira/Atlassian or similar ticketing/project management tools.
Experience with 2FA solutions such as OKTA.
You enjoy helping people and solving problems by nature.
Ability to work under pressure.
Passionate about computing and user experience.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of the team as the situation requires.
Researching solutions and the latest technology is second nature to you.
