- The successful candidate will play a key role in creating intuitive, accessible, and user-centric digital experiences.
- **Key Responsibilities:*** Design and optimize user journeys and experiences.
- Develop and maintain a unified Design System.
- Create and supervise interactive prototypes and wireframes.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG and W3C accessibility standards.
- Conduct usability reviews and improve overall user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- **Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in UX/UI and government services design.
- Strong knowledge of UX methodologies, accessibility standards, and design systems.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
