- Muller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Skadina Technical Lead to lead development activities and ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions built on the Skadina platform.
- The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards.
- **Key Responsibilities:*** Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the Skadina platform.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Review code and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support system integration, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- **Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of software development experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Proven hands-on experience with the **Skadina platform**.
- Strong experience in software development, system integration, and API development.
- Experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
