Urgently Hiring: Information Security Auditor - Part Time

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Security professional to conduct a comprehensive assessment of our company’s IT environment. The role involves reviewing information security procedures, evaluating internal network security, assessing infrastructure, reviewing data storage practices across on-premise servers and cloud environments, performing a full security assessment to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses, and delivering detailed technical and management reports with actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit existing information security policies and procedures.
• Evaluate the security level of the internal network and IT infrastructure.
• Assess system, server, and network configurations to identify risks and gaps.
• Review data storage and management practices across servers and cloud platforms.
• Conduct a comprehensive vulnerability assessment to identify potential weaknesses.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current security controls.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, risk levels, gaps, and practical recommendations.
• Deliver a final executive report including a clear remediation plan.

Requirements:

• 5+ years

of experience in IT Security Audit, Cybersecurity, or IT Risk Assessment.

• Strong knowledge of network security, system security, access control, and data protection.
• Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls.
• Hands-on experience in vulnerability assessment and risk analysis.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
