Role overview

Ductman role requiring UAE ducting experience.

Experience and technical skills

  • At least 2–3 years of ducting work experience.
  • Able to work with GI, PI, and fire-rated duct fabrication and installation.
  • Insulation and fostering experience is specified.
  • Cladding fabrication and installation experience is specified.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and standards is required.

Installation and site work

  • Carry out ducting installations according to approved drawings, correct installation practices, standards, and safety measures.
  • Complete installation correctly the first time to avoid revisiting installed areas.
  • Maintain discipline and encourage junior workers to support productivity.
  • Follow safe working practices and PPE requirements, targeting zero safety violations.
  • Achieve the daily completion schedule and report to the respective supervisor.

Compensation and employment

  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • Pay is AED 1,200–2,000 per month.

Work location

  • Work location is in person.
