The facility management team seeks an MEP Supervisor / Electro-Mechanical Engineer in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily MEP operations in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; diagnose issues and perform repairs and maintenance when required.
- Manage technicians and ensure timely task completion; read and interpret drawings, schematics, and MEP layouts.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Report on maintenance activities, equipment status, and site conditions; liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Assist with budgeting, resource planning, and material procurement; respond to emergency breakdowns and service requests.
- Maintain documentation and hand over completed work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 to 3 years of proven UAE experience in a similar facility management role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire-fighting, plumbing, and BMS systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems and maintenance reporting tools is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 3,000–6,000 per month.
