- Positions: Part-time to Full-time positions available!
- Shifts: 6am - 2:30pm, 2pm - 10:30pm & 10pm - 6:30am.
- Pay rate: $22.28 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid New Mexico security license or the ability to attain one.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Military Preferred, with a minimum of 2 or more years of active service in any military branch with an honorable, medical, or general discharge.
- 3 years of verifiable private/corporate security experience/corporate customer service.

WORK SCHEDULES
- 6am - 2:30pm / 2pm - 10:30pm / 10pm - 6:30am.

DUTIES
- Monitoring access control and challenging those without proper identification.
- Maintaining the visitor management system, checking visitors, guests.
- Issuing badges and access cards and maintaining security logs.
- Monitoring a CCTV system.
- Vehicle and Foot patrols of the interior and exterior.
- Checking in authorized personnel onsite.
- Working a standing post for 8-hour shifts or longer.
- Ability to interact with the public in a direct and professional manner, strong interpersonal skills.
TO SUCCEED AT METRO ONE
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service.
High level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertness.
Ability to de-escalate situations and remain calm in confrontation.
Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength.
Astute observation and detailed notetaking/reporting.
