Positions: Part-time to Full-time opportunities!
Pay Rate: $24.40 hr.

Work Schedules
- 6am - 2:30pm / 2:pm - 10:30pm / 10pm - 6:30am.
- Dress Code: Uniforms will be provided by Metro One.

Duties
- Monitoring access control and challenging those without proper identification.
- Maintaining the visitor management system, checking visitors, guests.
- Issuing badges and access cards and maintaining security logs.
- Monitoring a CCTV system.
- Vehicle and Foot patrols of the interior and exterior.
- Checking in authorized personnel onsite.
- Working a standing post for 8-hour shifts or longer.
- Ability to interact with the public in a direct and professional manner, strong interpersonal skills.
To Succeed at Metro One
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service.
High level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertness.
Ability to de-escalate situations and remain calm in confrontation.
Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength.
Astute observation and detailed notetaking/reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have a valid PERC Card or the ability to attain one.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
