About the Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience to lead the creation of intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling digital experiences. In this role, you will drive design strategy, influence product direction, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact web and mobile solutions. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences from concept to delivery while elevating design standards across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design initiatives across web and mobile products, from discovery through delivery
• Define and execute user experience strategies aligned with product and business goals
• Create advanced user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Conduct and synthesise user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-centric solutions
• Own and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and best practices
• Advocate for usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design standards across all products
• Partner closely with developers to ensure seamless handoff and high-quality implementation
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems, Advanced Prototyping)
• Strong experience with tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and human-centred design methodologies
• Proven experience designing complex, scalable web and mobile applications
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Strong experience building and scaling design systems
• In-depth knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end constraints
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Motion design and micro-interaction expertise
