About This Role

JOB SUMMARY

The UI/UX Designer plays a key role in shaping the visual and interactive experience of the company’s digital products, primarily web and mobile applications. The role focuses on creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces that align with modern design standards and enhance overall usability.

The designer will collaborate closely with product managers, design leads, developers, and stakeholders to translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions. In addition to interface design, the role may involve creating visual assets and supporting internal communications.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop visually appealing, user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and incorporating feedback.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design responsive interfaces and support design systems following modern standards like iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design, and Bootstrap-based layouts.
• Apply core design principles—color, typography, layout, spacing, shapes, and visual hierarchy—to create aesthetically balanced, user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate customer feedback, usage data, and usability insights into design improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
• Identify and resolve UX issues related to usability, layout, responsiveness, and interaction design.
• Create icons, illustrations, interface assets, and visual content to support product, brand, and internal communication needs. Motion graphics or video content experience is a plus.
• Possess basic HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap knowledge to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Support internal communication initiatives by creating visual assets for presentations, marketing, and social media.
• Deliver projects on time through effective time management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Strong portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work across web, mobile, and TV platforms.
• Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) with experience in motion design and video tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) as a plus.
• Solid understanding of core design principles (color, typography, layout, spacing, shapes), user-centered design, usability standards, and responsive web design.
• Knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG), Google Material Design principles, and best practices for web design and interaction patterns.
• Experience creating icons, illustrations, interface assets, social media graphics, motion animations, basic video content, and internal company communication visuals to support product and brand requirements.
• Ability to create visually appealing, development-ready designs, integrating customer feedback, usage data, and usability insights to enhance overall user experience.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap frameworks to design practical, responsive, and developer-friendly interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent multitasking, time-management, and project delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, Animation, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

• 4-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, web design, or digital product design, demonstrating strong design skills across web, mobile, and digital platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
