About the role
The UX Designer starts with user needs and researches, maps, sketches, and tests experiences intended to be simple, clear, and useful.
What you'll do
- Run user research, interviews, and usability tests, then turn findings into insights.
- Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, and task flows.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens for web and mobile.
- Work with product owners and developers from idea through launch.
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system.
- Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
What you'll bring
- A strong portfolio showing the design process, not just final screens.
- Expert Figma skills, including components, auto layout, and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile.
- Ability to work with developers and understand technical constraints.
- Clear communicator who can handle feedback and push back when needed.
- Clear written and spoken English, and comfort working remotely with a distributed team.
Nice to have
- Experience designing bilingual Arabic and English interfaces.
- UI and visual design skills.
- Experience with government, banking, or e-commerce products.
