The UX Designer researches user needs and designs simple, clear experiences that solve user problems.
The role is full time and fully remote, with work on projects for clients across the GCC.
What you’ll do
- Run user research, interviews, and usability tests, then turn findings into clear insights.
- Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, and task flows.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens for web and mobile.
- Work with product owners and developers from idea through launch.
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system.
- Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
- A strong portfolio showing the design process, not just final screens.
- Expert-level Figma skills, including components, auto layout, and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile.
- Ability to work with developers and understand technical constraints.
- Clear written and spoken English and comfort working remotely with a distributed team.
Nice to have
- Experience designing bilingual Arabic and English interfaces.
- UI and visual design skills.
- Experience in government, banking, or e-commerce products.
