UI/UX Designer

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Produce responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Collaborate with developers, product and marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Test usability, incorporate user feedback, and review implementation quality.
• Maintain visual consistency and stay current with design trends and methods.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and responsive design.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred skills

• Experience with websites, mobile apps, SaaS products, or web applications is preferred.
• Design systems, component-based design, usability testing, user research, Adobe Creative Suite, interactive prototypes, and micro-interactions are preferred or advantageous.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects is preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply with relevant skills and a strong portfolio.

Pay

• Pay is ₹40,278.45–₹80,487.68 per month.
