About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to attract qualified candidates.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant HR software tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and utilize social media channels to reach a broader audience.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote TryApplyNow as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.
